    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Delivering high-quality care of service for various home and facility care assignments.
    • Enhancing the overall resident recovery experience through dedicated service.
    • Promoting the physical and mental well-being of residents.
    • Ensuring the maintenance of residents' hygiene.
    • Ensuring residents' safety while providing essential social and emotional support.
    • Reminding elderly residents to take the doctor-prescribed medications.
    • Maintaining cleanliness in the resident's living environment.
    • Managing the health status of residents who may have been diagnosed with chronic illnesses.
    • Assisting and escorting residents to their medical appointment.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum "N" level with a preference for candidates with at least 1 year relevant work experience in elderly care
    • Display a positive attitude towards continuous learning and development.
    • Openness to attend training, reskilling and skills upgrading sessions
    • Readiness to be assigned to a healthcare facility for additional skills and competency upgrading.
    • Demonstrate qualities of independence, resilience, and adaptability.
    • Possess empathy, and forbearance toward others.
    • Always uphold professional integrity and responsibilities.
    • Ensure the maintenance of residents' privacy and confidentiality.
    • Advantageous for candidates holding a valid BCLS and/or ACLS certificate.
