Primary Purpose


You will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and this role will be supporting FP&A Central of Excellence team in SEA across Brands under Tapestry's portfolio.

As part of this internship, you will gain good exposure to business drivers and in-field operations in a global retail business.

You will also gain hands-on working experience on process improvement and data visualization projects.


During the internship, you will have the opportunity to.

  • Support on Sales reporting and SG&A forecast/planning for kate spade SEA
  • Prepare FP&A internal monthly/quarterly calendar, coordinate with retail finance, accounting and internal audit for routine duties
  • Support monthly & quarterly closing process for Coach & kate spade wholesale business in SEA
  • Support existing data visualization project using Power BI tool i.e. dashboard automation
  • Participate & contribute in team brainstorming sessions for process improvement and finetuning
  • Assist the team for adhoc requests

We are particularly interested in students who are/have

  • Penultimate or Final Year student who can commit mínimally 20 weeks of internship
  • Demonstrates the Tapestry values: Optimist, Innovative and Inclusive

  • Strong team playing skills with superior communications ability and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and utilize resources when needed
  • Good computer proficiency: Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI will be highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and have the ability to simplify complex business cases
