    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategist to join our team at Asure Group, a leading IT solutions provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of funnel marketing strategies, preferably with a background in technology, and a keen interest in tech and AI. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts within the IT industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain clients within the IT sector.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website updates.
    • Utilize funnel marketing techniques to optimize lead generation and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and AI to inform strategy development.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our IT solutions and thought leadership.
    • Support sales teams with marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to facilitate client engagement and conversions.
    • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communications and materials.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for Asure Group, representing our values and solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm.

    Requirements:

    1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles, preferably within the technology industry.
    3. Strong understanding of funnel marketing principles and techniques, with a track record of driving lead generation and conversion.
    4. Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
    6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
    7. Tech-savvy individual with a genuine interest in technology and AI advancements.
    8. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
    9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    10. Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. · Previous experience working with AI technologies or IT solutions.
    2. · Certifications in digital marketing, inbound marketing, or related fields.
    3. · Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
    4. · Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
    5. · Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies and rapid experimentation frameworks.

    Work Location: Harvey Road

    Working Period: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
