Description

You will be performing forensic testing of seized drug exhibits under the supervision of a team of Scientists. You will also participate in R&D projects and quality assurance activities.

Conduct forensic examination and analysis of seized drug exhibits under the supervision of Scientist.
Assist in the development of existing or new technologies including participating in R&D projects to enhance drug testing capabilities.
Operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment / instruments.
Incharge of preparation, validation, verifications of standards, reagents, and solvents.
Assist in the quality assurance program in the laboratory.
Assist in general administrative duties such inventory management as well as procurement activities to ensure continual operation of laboratory activities.

Job Requirements

Background in Chemistry or related field.
Experience working in a laboratory with experience in operating and maintaining analytical equipment such as LC, GC, GCMS and IR will be favourable.
Meticulous, innovative, independent learner, adaptable and strong critical thinking.
Good time management skills and able to work independently with a good sense of team spirit.
