- Assist immediate manager with operationsrelated duties
- Issuance of Invoice, Delivery Order, and Purchase Order
- Daily delivery arrangement/route planning
- Assist immediate manager with operationsrelated duties
- Coordinating with inhouse drivers, salespersons & clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare shipping documentation, liaise and coordinate with forwarders & consignees
- Carry out reception duties and attend to visitors and guests
- Maintain and upkeep office admin records, database, and filing system
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Preferably 12 years of relevant office administrative experience
