    Roles & Responsibilities

    Contracts Administrator

    Contract: 12 months (preferably to start in May)

    Salary: up to $3200

    Location: Robinson Road

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with GNFT trading, accounts, hedging, operations teams and all relevant teams to ensure contracts are in compliance
    • Perform all duties related to the completion and issuance of contracts in a timely manner
    • Perform all checks and coordination amongst various stakeholders to facilitate onboarding of new Customer/Vendor/Consignee/Notify Party.
    • Update existing Customer/Vendor/Consignee/Notify Party master data, including ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data.
    • Obtain the necessary approvals to ensure smooth onboarding of vendors, suppliers, and customers
    • Assist with Trading exposure form approval process, including payment terms confirmation etc
    • Support Trading team on contract related matters
    • Coordinate and obtain the necessary required Waste Exportation Permit and TFS document between the Yard and Buyers
    • Perform all checks and update the received date of all relevant signed Sales Contracts received from the buyer along with ensuring that BL Instruction received has been cascaded to the right Customer Service Team
    • Forwarding of Sales Contract to the affected buyers who are having issue receiving documents from the system auto-distribution in place.
    • Ad-hoc Trading/Contract supporting duties

    Requirements

    • Diploma or above, and bachelor's degree is preferred
    • Three years or more working experience in relevant field
    • Knowledge of contract terms and trading is preferred
    • Knowledge of SAP/BSM is preferred
    • Good Verbal and Written communication skills
    • Possess sound analytical & problems solving techniques.
    • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required
