    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Manage Logistics Operations:Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
      Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
    2. Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
      Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock shortages and overstock situations.
    3. Transportation Coordination:Arrange and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
      Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and shipping agents to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
    4. Documentation and Compliance:Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
      Ensure compliance with local, state, and international shipping regulations and laws.
    5. Budget Management:Develop and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
      Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce logistics costs.
    6. Performance Analysis:Analyze logistics KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
      Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations.
    7. Team Management:Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support.
      Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Experience: experience in logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
      Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
    3. Technical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
    4. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
    5. Organizational Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
      Attention to detail and accuracy.
    6. Adaptability:Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
      Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, if required.
    7. Team Management Skills:Leadership and team-building skills.
      Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
    8. Knowledge:Deep understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and transportation regulations.
      Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CLTD, CSCP).
    • Previous experience in the industry related to the company's products or services.
