- Manage phone calls and provide responses to all using highquality services and performance standards
- Handle customer complaints and feedback and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of every customer service ticket and ensure timely followup on the requests
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Communicate and coordinate with all internal support teams
- Ensure optimal level of customers satisfaction at all times
- Provide ideas to improve customer experience
