Description

As an Accounts Executive at QB Food Trading Pte Ltd, your primary responsibility is to maintain the financial operations of the company, including managing the full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets, assisting GL entry and Inventory audit, and involving in monthly/Yearly closing and reconciliation.

You are expected to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, assist to manage external audits and tax with external tax teams and assist in continuous process improvement.

In addition, you will help in budgeting and financial reporting and continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting procedures and enhance financial performance.

You will be expected to have a diploma in accountancy and at least three years of experience in accounting, must be strong in Accounts payable, and SAP conversant and process good excel skill.
