Responsibilities:


  • To foster and build good customer relationship at all levels for Revenue growth and customer retention
  • Manage account calls, presentations, and negotiations, and be responsible for the development/ nurturing of client relationship.
  • Build solid relationships with assigned accounts, to uncover and develop more business opportunities so as to build strong sales pipelines
  • Focus in selling high value products that is critical for BS Revenue Contribution (Security, Cloud, Hosting, SN Corporate and Mobility).
  • New Business Customers will mainly consist of multi nationals which are setting up new APAC regional offices in Singapore.
  • Work will require engagement with all customer levels (IT, HR and Clevel).
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement
  • Work with cross functional teams (Specialists, Customer Solutions and EDMS) to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities and meet customer's specific requirement
  • Establish partnerships with various touchpoints for better market reach

Requirements:


  • Degree/Equivalent experience
  • Experienced in Cold Calling
  • Engaging Customers (including C-Level) for requirements and proposals
  • Experience in working with various support teams in coming up with pricing, proposals
  • Ability to identify opportunities and manage strong pipeline
  • Good Office Skills (Powerpoint, excel)
  • Good understanding of Telecommunications/ICT services
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Confidence and Ability to engage customers
  • Managing various stakeholders from qualifying to seeing through projects (endtoend)
