- Calendar and travel management
- Preparation of travel and expense reports
- Filing, copying, binding presentations/ preparation of marketing and product materials when needed
- Covering receptionist duties when required including: meeting and greeting visitors, serving drinks, operating teleconferencing and video conferencing device
- Flexibility to assist with various ad hoc projects for the office or covering other Administrative Team responsibilities due to leaves and other absences as needed
- Overseeing general office management (handling T&E reimbursement and document organization etc.)
- Relevant Post Secondary School qualifications preferred
- Two or more years as an office manager preferably in financial services industry
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word, including working knowledge of mail merge and tables
