Key Responsibilities:

Analysing, troubleshooting and correcting system problems remotely and onsite
Documenting incident RCA report the configuration of the system and system performance tuning
Security compliance, patching, health check & hardening remediation
Perform routine audits of systems and software as well as system devices backups
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of server backups
Perform storage maintenance and troubleshooting
Perform standard or project change request as per change window
To support 24x7 when necessary.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent with 2 3 years of IT operation and maintenance support experience
Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
Experience in:

- managing on premises exchange, active directory and,
- understanding storage connection, LUN provisioning as well as Middleware Protocol.
