We are looking for a motivated and diligent Management Executive capable of learning to be part of our new area of business


As an Management Associate, you will be exposed to and develop knowledge and understanding in key areas of Family Office Administration and Operations, Human Resource, Corporate Administration, Corporate Secretarial, Fund Administration and Trust and Estate Matters.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to experience Family Office Administration while expanding your experience in other business areas.

You are expected to carry out a pro-active role, acting in the best interest of client and the Company, maintaining professional standards and employing best practices.


  • Support the management in all tasks related to the clients' investments and operations.
  • Assist with quarterly investment reporting.
  • Assist with drafting of simple agreements.
  • Support client lifecycle processes such KYC refresher, investor reports, and attending to clients' queries/requests.
  • Implementation/development of processes, procedures, policies and improve the quality and efficiencies of the practices.
  • Assist with the incorporation of companies and account opening.
  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with counterparties, subadvisors, banks, fund administrators, auditors, corporate secretaries and service providers.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is filed properly and communicated across the relevant teams.
  • Ensure statutory deadlines are met.
  • Oversee all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure the administration and timely execution of payroll, CPF contributions and tax matters in a timely manner.
  • Review and submit surveys.
  • Handle work pass matters for foreign employees. Handle renewal of licences and legalrelated matter correspondences.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous and detailoriented, with strong desire to learn and succeed.
