    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Executive assists the organization in raising funds, sourcing new donors/sponsors while taking care of all the administrative activities related to the department(s).

    Fundraising


    • Coordinate all administrative activities related to fundraising, including meeting with donors/sponsors.


    • Coordinate meetings with the Fundraising sub-committee including minutes taking and follow-up.


    • Source for donors/sponsors in support of events/programmes.


    • Organise and run fundraising events/programmes.


    • Keep updated with new and innovative fundraising techniques and propose appropriate techniques, including using technology for marketing.


    • Raise funds for capital and operational expenses.


    • Prepare the budget and its analysis.

    Donor's Management


    • Manage the donation online portals, including the portal.


    • Follow-up with donors and provide appropriate acknowledgment to donors.


    • Prepare Fund Status Report to the respective donors.


    • Manage and update the donor's database.


    • Strategise ways to retain current donors and recruit new donors.

    Social Media Management


    • Manage our social media platforms.


    • Be savvy in using social media as platforms for campaigns.


    • Monitor & analyse social media reach and our viewers' demographics.

    Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
