Roles & Responsibilities

Your Role

We are looking for a R&D Admin to compile, maintain, and update company and departmental records.

What Will You Do

To liaise with overseas universities and research institutes for research collaborations and activities.
To compile, maintain, and update company and departmental records in accordance with research collaboration project schedule.
To plan and coordinate research related events, plant tours and other public activities.
To do filling and sorting out documents.
Occasionally travel overseas for business trips.
To carry our miscellaneous and basic administrative tasks.

What Do We Want

Academic writing skills is preferred, typing speed test may be required during the interview.
Meticulous and able to work independently under tight project schedule.
Able to travel overseas for business trips.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
