    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are a fast growing dynamic company, looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to strengthen & grow our Online Store.

    This role would be appropriate for a person comfortable with starting new initiatives and an ability for sales and business development in the eCommerce space. We are looking for someone who is strong in analytics and comfortable with developing go-to-market plans, including the leadership of capital and operational projects.

    Naturally, we'd love someone who has the passion for F&B Retail and great customer experience in equal measures.

    Key Missions

    1. Analyse our website, to provide insights on performance & strategically improve the website user experience to enhance the overall shopping experience from our website
    2. Monitor the data & propose strategies to improve sales (through various marketing efforts)
    3. Review the report generation analytics from our website, & improve the mode of retrieving accurate & relevant data
    4. Work with the management to develop new revenue platforms

    Job Description

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the E-commerce business including but not limited to order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries, and website development.
    • Manage and responsible for the growth of our Company's E-commerce business for both brand sites and marketplaces.
    • Monitor and analyse the sales performance of products in the e-Commerce platforms to ensure set targets and KPIs are achieved.
    • To develop impactful E-campaigns that meet KPIs (e.g., traffic, marketing budget, site experience, sales targets, etc.) by embracing E-commerce strategies
    • Plan, review, and monitor both E-commerce activities monthly, quarterly, and annually to ensure that the business unit is aligned with the Company's business objectives.
    • Monitor daily e-business performance of the sites, generate reports; gross, net sales, conversion rate, average order value, return rate, orders evolution, category performance, bestsellers
    • Manage brand presences on third-party E-commerce platforms such as Shopee,Tiktok & other platforms through campaign collaborations to maximise brand exposure and generate more sales.
    • Be the brand custodian to ensure that pricing is consistent and competitive across all third-party E-commerce platforms and our Company's brand sites.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
    • Carry out any ad hoc assignments and/or projects given by management.

    The Successful Applicant

    • 2 or more years of E-commerce experience and Hands-on end-to-end experience with brand sites and/or marketplace. Added advantage if you have experience with both.
    • Good IT capability
    • Good E-commerce marketing capability
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in groups.
    • Strong business acumen to lead, seeks new ideas, and always suggests alternatives within a business environment given and limited
    • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
    • Strong commercial and analytical skills, meticulous and data-driven
