Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose/Job Summary:

The Project Executive will primarily be responsible for supporting data migration matters in the transformation project. This individual will assist in various aspects of data migration, including reconciliation, preparation of reports, data cleansing, verification, and participation in mock runs and actual migration activities.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

Assist in reconciliation and preparation of reports for migration from the existing to the new system.
Participate in and conduct data preparation, cleansing, and verification activities to ensure data integrity.
Assist in the preparation and update of data mapping and transformation documents.
Perform data entry and updates accurately and efficiently.
Participate in mock runs to test migration processes and procedures.
Support the team during the actual migration phase, ensuring smooth and successful data transfer.
Any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the project.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with donor management systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
