Director of Operations & Fleet Management

An established Regional Logistics Service Provider is seeking a Director of Operations & Fleet Management.

You will be playing a critical role to manage the day-to-day operation activities and provide the leadership to support the company's growth.

In return, you will enjoy an attractive total remuneration of up to S$220,000 per annum.

You will be responsible for:

Implementing the costeffective operating model to streamline the operating policies and procedures
Driving the company growth by maintaining good relationships with customers and negotiating contracts with service partners and suppliers.
Providing coaching, mentorship and development for all employees

You are required to have:

More than 10 years of experience in operation or fleet management, preferably in related Logistics and Transportation Industry.
Strong technical knowledge in resources optimization and manpower allocation
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$14, $16,000.00 per month
