    Roles & Responsibilities

    Contract Period: From 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025 with option to extend for another year from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026.

    Woking hours:

    · Monday to Fridays: 7:30am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 5:30pm

    · Mainly work in the morning, however, the working hours may be subjected to changes according to school manpower needs.

    · Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

    Scope of Services:

    (a) Administrative and office printing work including operation of office equipment such as printer and other office equipment, filing of document such as report book / student PDF records etc.

    (b) General cleaning of general office, sick bay and printing room.

    (c) Preparation of art materials for art lessons and cleaning of art materials and art rooms.

    (d) Attending to pupil in sick-bay and front desk as well as supporting school events/activities.

    (e) Ad-hoc duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principal or Administration Manager.

    Qualification, Skill & Experience:

    1) Preferably have attended primary education.

    2) Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in primary school office administration.
