    Job Description: Part-Time Office Attendant

    Organization: Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School
    Location: 7 Pei Wah Avenue, Singapore 597610

    Duration of Service:
    Contract Period: 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025
    Option to Extend: 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026

    Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday:

    • Morning Shift: 7:30am to 12:00pm
    • Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm to 5:30pm
      (Note: Working hours may be subject to change based on school manpower needs.)

    Scope of Work:
    The Part-Time Office Attendant will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining cleanliness within the school premises. The role will involve a variety of tasks including administrative duties, office equipment operation, general cleaning, preparation of art materials, attending to pupils, and supporting school events.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Perform administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and document management including student records.
    2. Operate office equipment including printers and other relevant devices.
    3. Ensure cleanliness of the general office, sick bay, printing room, and art rooms.
    4. Prepare art materials for lessons and ensure cleanliness of art materials and art rooms.
    5. Attend to pupils in the sick bay and manage front desk inquiries.
    6. Support school events and activities as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Administration Manager.
    7. Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the school administration.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    1. Preferably possess primary education qualifications.
    2. Minimum of 1 year working experience, preferably in primary school office administration.
    3. Familiarity with office equipment and administrative tasks.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    5. Good communication skills and ability to interact with students, staff, and parents.
