about the job

The role entails building a robust Technology strategy and digital roadmap for the organization while working closely with the senior leadership and external vendor partners.

Participates in design, implementation, and support of the D365 system, acts as trusted IT Business Partner and ERP Project Lead to serve as the strategic interface and ERP transformation program.

Overall responsibility for devising and updating the Technology strategy and Technology roadmap for the organization,

Strategy Development by capturing and helping to shape high-level business goals and plans

Solution Discovery by co-identifying high level problems and areas for improvement with and within the business

ERP Implementation by Understanding the business needs of the organization and identifying and implementing the appropriate Technology Strategy

Service Managementby using operational reports supplied by various IT domains to identify trends and opportunities

Relationship Management by acting as the "voice of IT" by reporting and promoting IT solutions, services, products, and project capabilities to the business, acting as the "voice of the Business" by reporting and promoting business requirements to IT and partnering with business and IT leadership to prioritise and coordinate activities

This is a new role, responsible for leading projects and building project management capability across the ASEAN business, including project planning, delivery and reporting.

The role is also responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy to meet current and future needs.
To enable this, they'll lead the technology transformation and enhance change capability businesswide.
Create a digital roadmap for the organization and set short, medium

- and long-term objectives and time-bound action plans

Initiate, lead and support Technology requirements of the assigned business functions and their delivery in accordance with project goals, times scales and costs.
Responsible for understanding how our current system and processes work to document a pathway to successfully implement a new ERP system within the business nationally.
Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.

Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain a competitive advantage.
Based on identified business improvement demands, drives the conceptualization and design of new business solutions, and manages associated impact and risk to ensure business runs at maximum efficiency
Works closely with the functional, technical, and development teams to ensure successful project deliverables, including test plan execution traceability
