Description
Job Description:
- Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
- Ensure the productivity levels, service standards and customer relations are maintained.
- Be familiar with all promotional procedures, events and tournament and formats to assist guest requests, answer questions and resolve problems.
- Maintain proper phone etiquette with each customer
- Attempt to resolve customer complaints/ requests in an efficient manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Preferably with contact centre experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A targetdriven attitude with flexibility to work any shift on any day of the week.
