Our client is a renowned and established commodity trading MNC based in town. It is looking for an
Operations Assistant to join the swap team for a 6 months contract role.

Key Responsibilities

Daily trade reconciliation
Issuance / payment of settlement invoices for counterparties
Oversee carbon physical delivery
Coordinate with treasury on payment related matters
Ensure practices abide by internal guidelines and external regulations
Respond to queries and issues raised by brokers

Key Competencies/Skill Sets/Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics or Business Studies

Has min 3 years of trade settlements exp and familiar working with brokers:

Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise and complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Can work proactively and is a team player
Selfmotivated, enthusiastic and demonstrates a high level of trust and integrity
Flexible, able to work under pressure
Possess good communication skills
