- Diversified engagement and hiring programs for students studying in ITE, Poly and University.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of underrepresented engagement programs (Gender Diversity, Ethnic Diversity, Persons with Disabilities).
- Work closely with cross functional teams, including Micron Foundation's Inspire learning team in building and furthering Micron's mission in enriching lives for all by providing equitable opportunities for underrepresented groups, and increasing access to STEM education to create a lasting social impact.
