The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving technical issues within the mechanical domain


Responsibilities include:

  • Utilize basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve onsite problems efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address and resolve aftersales issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to discuss and implement solutions for customer concerns.
  • Conduct periodic visits to clients as needed to assess service quality and address any emerging needs.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by managing additional tasks as required to support overall company objectives.
