The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving technical issues within the mechanical domain
Responsibilities include:
- Utilize basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve onsite problems efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address and resolve aftersales issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the internal team to discuss and implement solutions for customer concerns.
- Conduct periodic visits to clients as needed to assess service quality and address any emerging needs.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
- Demonstrate adaptability by managing additional tasks as required to support overall company objectives.

- Prior experience in a mechanical company or similar industry is essential.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with stakeholders in the region.
