Roles & Responsibilities

Company: Our client is a multinational corporation specializing in port services within the Southeast Asia region. We seek a Customer Service Engineer proficient in electrical and mechanical engineering and skilled in communication to facilitate coordination between clients and the service team.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving technical issues within the mechanical domain. Responsibilities include:

Utilize basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients to address and resolve after-sales issues promptly.
Collaborate with the internal team to discuss and implement solutions for customer concerns.
Conduct periodic visits to clients as needed to assess service quality and address any emerging needs.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
Demonstrate adaptability by managing additional tasks as required to support overall company objectives.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Prior experience in a mechanical company or similar industry is essential.
Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with stakeholders in the region.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.
Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to thrive in a challenging work environment.
The selected candidate will join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional customer service within the context of the company's operations in Southeast Asia.
