- Participate at startup events to gather info on startups, sectors and new trends

- Lead due diligence meetings, reference calls, product and technical due diligence
- Perform competitive landscape research, market sizing, business plan modelling
- Assist term sheet negotiations
- Drafting of investment memorandums.

- Help us manage our relationships with our LPs through events and special reports on trends they are interested in
- Organize events and build content to promote the fund in the Asian ecosystem
- Build and enhance internal processesREQUIREMENTS
- A genuine interest in technology & entrepreneurship. You don't need to be a VC ecosystem's expert, but we would expect you to show a vivid interest for and convictions on new technologies and tech companies.
- At least 1 internship / work experience in a challenging field (analyst) or first full-time experience (associate). We're open to all industries and positions - what we're looking for is someone who has had meaningful responsibilities. Experience in a start-up / scale-up, in finance or in consulting are a plus.
- Previous exposure to the Asia tech ecosystem. Ideally you have already spent some time in the ecosystem be it as a student or through some first work experiences.
- Proven rigor & analytical skills. As an analyst or an associate, being able to analyze and understand complex structures will come in handy :)
- Curious & open-minded. You will meet new people, new businesses and new industries every day. So wanting to learn more about things you know nothing about is an absolute necessity.
- Autonomous & organized. You will need to juggle different tasks with different investors, be able to prioritize your work and be proactive in leveraging the team.
- Fluent in English - both written & communication skills. A second language is a nice-to-have.
- A bonus if you are:
- Tech-savvy with an engineering / scientific / programming background. Knowing how to code and understanding the practical underlying of technologies are a definite plus to assess opportunities, especially in developer tools, cloud & data infrastructure and deep tech.
- Have launched an entrepreneurial project. No one understands entrepreneurs better than entrepreneurs.
