Description
Work closely with Head of Commercial Operations to develop strategies to grow revenue while enhancing the consumer experience together with PDC team in the clinic

  • Work closely with compliance officer and request legal support to ensure compliance for all DTC efforts.
  • With understanding of the legal bondaries, communicate directly with consumer within the boundaries of individual country's guidelines.
  • Engage into consumer roadshows and corporate talks to generate leads, managing the leads and directing them to the clinics.
  • Develop the overall DTC strategy including CRM, SEO, Paid Search, and Paid social media for ZEISS and in partnership with customer (clinics) to increase awareness and drive leads to the clinics.
  • Manage and build DTC website, app, POS material, EDM, digital and print assets content, campaign, promotion etc
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
  • Manage Performance of Media and agencies to ensure ROI is achieved.
  • Conduct market research to build persona and segmentation of consumers understanding the triggers and barriers, develop campaigns and assets to address barriers and enhance triggers.
  • Through lead generation activities, build and manages consumer database into segmentation and future targeted marketing.
  • Identify advertising or advertorial potential online and print for SMILE or ZEISS IOL coverage.
  • Support the Head of Commercial Operations in developing budgets for projects, monitoring costs, and providing status reports to management
  • Work with other departments in developing the product strategy/selection for the direct business
  • Roll out DTC assets to customers through PDC team
  • Through PDC, work closely with customers and if necessary, educate and guide customer to develop a successful DTC campaign.
  • Working closely with PDC to develop patient ambassador.
  • Work with SMILE and ZEISS IOL KOL to develop patient educational video to be use for DTC advertising efforts.
Education

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related fields.
Experience

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Directtoconsumer Marketing or Brand Marketing in an integrated, multichannel marketing
environment

  • Previous experience in the areas of digital marketing, sales, healthcare/ medical technology management will be an advantage
Other skills

  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media Marketing)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and consulting skills
  • Experience in training individual or groups and public speaking
  • Pleasant personality and proactive mindset
  • High customer orientation and team player
  • Fluent in English with great command of spoken & written English.
