JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to coordinate and manage client expectations report to management, manage M&E team and work with other trades manager.

Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specification.

Review all M&E Shop Drawing from design team and submit for approval. Prepare and conduct M&E meeting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (PEB recognized degree in mechanical or electrical engineering) Well-versed in contractual terms, conditions, and obligations Strong knowledge of M&E systems and able to identify critical quality control items.

More than 15 years of experiences in construction and 3 years in data center. Willing to work in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia or Philippines Well versed in MS office, MS project and Primavera
