- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries.
- New patient registration, update of patient information, and verification of insurance coverage.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Maintain and organize patient records, including medical history, personal information, and billing details.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of medical records and other administrative documents.
- Assist in handling patient billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule diagnostic tests, surgeries, or medical procedures for patients.
- Collaborate with external parties such as laboratories, pharmacies, and insurance companies, as necessary.
- Manage and stock office supplies, maintain inventory, and place orders when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, waiting room, and administrative areas.
- Follow proper infection control protocols and assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Provide basic information to patients about clinic procedures and available services.
- Prepare examination rooms, ensure cleanliness, proper equipment setup, and availability of supplies.
- Assist doctor during patient examinations or minor medical procedures.
- Minimum GCE "O" Levels
- Prior clinic experience will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Good working knowledge of Plato will be a plus
- 5.5 days work week
