Description
**Responsibilities: - Take charge of driving and overseeing the workforce transformation initiatives within the ASEAN region

  • Supporting the People & Organization Head ASEAN with various strategic People & Organization topics
  • Work closely on strategic People & Organization initiatives specifically related to the establishment of the new factory in Singapore.
  • Support the Head of Compensation & Benefits ASEAN in their daytoday operations and initiatives
  • Work on global salary planning tool launch. Manage project management acting as an interface between the Global team and regional teams.
  • Do market research and prepare reports on C&B topics. Develop concepts and workshops to disseminate the information further.
  • Be a part of various CB initiatives and manage the adhoc tasks/ activities related to the C&B

Qualifications:


  • Hold a master's degree in human resource management
  • Proficient in Project Management
  • Possess advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Deep understanding of a matrix conglomerate organization
  • International working experience e.g. Germany
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Ability to manage stakeholders from various functions, across countries and different levels of management
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • Fluent in English is required, German language skills are a strong plus
