We are seeking a dynamic, resilient and highly dedicated Retail Assistant to join our Specialist Outpatient Clinics at various public hospitals and instituition.


As a Pharmacy Retail Assistant, you will deliver excellent customer service and support the retail supervisor in maintaining efficient operations within the retail pharmacy.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily pharmacy operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Operate cash register and manage cash transactions
  • Oversee stock inventory and merchandise products effectively
  • Inspect stock conditions regularly
  • Handle goods receipts, interbranch transfers, and error reports
  • Keep accurate records of daily sales and customer counts
  • Maintain pharmacy equipment
  • Assist supervisors with administrative tasks
  • Orient new staff on retail workflows and pharmacy activities under supervisor guidance
  • Ensure computer systems are ready for patient service at the beginning of each day
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Safeguard stocks, premises, and stored information consistently
**Job Requirements

  • Minimum "N" Level
  • At least 2 years of relevant retail experience Good interpersonal skills and customerservice driven
**Working Hours and Location

  • 5 days work (Monday to Friday)
  • Office hours
  • Central location
