Roles & ResponsibilitiesThis role will report to the Senior HR Manager and is responsible for a variety of administrative duties and support to the HR Business Partner in the full spectrum of day-to-day HR functions.
Responsibilities :
• Support, management, and preparation of documents required for employee life cycle period (e.g letter of offer, personal files upkeep, staff pass, exit interviews, etc)
• Keep track and follow up on employee activities such as confirmations, employee contract renewal, and NTS workers' repatriations.
• Verify and submission of HR-related claims and collaborate with the payroll department when required.
• Support and advice internal stakeholders about HR policies and procedures.
• Management of HRIS system and leave administration to provide up-to-date and accurate employee data.
• Application and renewal of work pass matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement :
• Minimum diploma qualification in business administration/HR or equivalent
• Have at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
• Meticulous, self-motivated and well-organized
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
