Responsibilities:

To provide excellent service for a pleasant dining experience.
Communicate well and engage with guests.
Anticipating and responding quickly on the floor to meet the expectations of quality customer service.
Understanding the food and drink menu - providing suggestions and recommendations suitable for the guests.
Carry out daily setup and closing of the restaurant for operations.
To understand the operations fully and be rotated between bar and floor.
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and ensure presentability of service counters, seating areas, and other operational equipment.
Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Be fun and outgoing

Requirements:

Charismatic, friendly, and energetic
Having good initiative and drive to perform
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
Team player in a fast-paced work environment
Keen attention to detail
Proactive attitude towards guests and work
Commit to regular full-time work
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
Able to commit to weekends and public holidays
