    Our client

    Our client is a professional boutique law firm based in Singapore with 4 lawyers, specialised in providing legal services to clients in various areas of the law. The firm is known for its high-quality legal services and its commitment to providing personalised attention to each client. It has a team of experienced lawyers led by two senior Managing partners who have a deep understanding of the law and are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients.

    The firm is a full services law firm with practice areas including Civil & Commercial Litigation, White-Collar Crime, Corporate Finance Law, Corporate & Commercial Transactional Law, Family & Child-Related Disputes, Private Client Work and Charities & Institutions of Public Character Regulation. It has a diverse client base that includes individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. The firm prides itself on its ability to offer cost-effective solutions to clients without compromising on the quality of its services.

    Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for junior lawyers (with at least 1-year PQE) who wish to be exposed to a wide range of practice areas, including corporate, civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. You will be working alongside legal associates, as well as some of the most experienced and sharpest minds of the legal industry.

    Job Description

    In respect of dispute resolution, you will be representing clients in civil, commercial and family disputes spanning the full suite

    Ideal Candidate

    · Law degree from a recognised university with at least 1-year PQE and admitted to the Singapore Bar as a qualified person under the Legal Profession Act

    · Critical thinker and an avid problem solver, possess a zeal for life and the hunger to succeed

    · Candidates with experience in cross-border transactions will have an advantage
