    Roles & Responsibilities

    Overview: Seeking a Business Development Executive to spearhead growth in our Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) domain. You'll drive our success by analyzing markets, nurturing client relations, boosting sales, forging partnerships, and shaping strategic plans. Join us and be the driving force behind our M&E industry expansion.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement and Relationship Management

    1. Effectively manage inquiries by understanding client needs, providing comprehensive information about products or services, and guiding potential clients through the sales funnel to ensure successful conversions and closures.
    2. Cultivate and sustain relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions.
    3. Develop long-term partnerships with clients, offering advisory support beyond transactions, and identifying opportunities for value addition.
    4. Focus on retaining clients by identifying upselling opportunities, ensuring seamless support, gathering feedback for improvement, and enhancing service quality based on client input.

    Market Analysis and Strategy Development

    1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
    2. Develop effective business strategies aligned with market insights to drive company growth.

    Sales Generation and Revenue Growth

    1. Drive sales activities, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure.
    2. Meet or exceed revenue targets by converting leads into profitable business deals.

    Partnership Development and Networking

    1. Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry stakeholders.
    2. Expand the company's network by engaging with contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.

    Strategic Planning and Reporting

    1. Contribute to the development of strategic business plans in alignment with growth objectives.
    2. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to inform decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or other disciplines relevant to M&E OR Degree in Business
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
    • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive will be favoured.
    • Candidates with proficiency in CRM software will be favoured.
