Description

Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for defining and reviewing the technical requirements for the applications, including scalability, performance, recoverability, security and confidentiality, maintainability, operability, and availability requirements to make sure they interact, fulfil the requirements and meet overall performance goals
•Design individual technology components of the application development, runtime, and operations architectures
•Work with other designers and the technology architect to make sure that the architecture components interact to fulfil the requirements and meet performance goals
•Assist Technology Architect in performance modelling and forecasting and drive performance diagnostic and tuning activities
•Participate in execution of security assessments of networks, systems and applications. Perform application and infrastructure security testing, as well as physical security reviews
•Develop application prototype and conduct conference room pilot to evaluate solution options
•Confirm the completeness and consistency of the design deliverables. Resolve any inconsistencies discovered
•Inform the technology architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other project areas
•Participate in quality management reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards
•Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designsKey RequirementsMust have
•Degree with at least 10 years of technical experience
•Must have experience in three tier App architecture and J2EE App server and webserver Maintenance
•Proficient in Unix, Application trouble shooting and Analysis.
•Ability to do In-depth Application Analysis(Log, performance, etc).
•Strong Shell script development and Testing
•Knowledge for Java and J2EE application support.
•Experience in Supporting API Gateway tools
•Knowledge for RESTful service integration.
•Tried at least 1 XP practice
•Infra and application related network setup knowledge is required. Essential Technical Skill
•Development skills in J2EE, Oracle Weblogic, JBoss, Oracle RDBMS, Apache WebServer
•EJB, JMX, Spring, Apache Camel, Hibernate/Ibatis, JMS, MDB, MQ
•XML, XSL, JAXB, JAXP, JAX-RS, JAX-WS, SOAP, WSDL, REST, JSON
•Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers etc Note:Banking and financial services experience is necessary.
