We are looking for an experienced finance leader who can provide financial oversight and management of our fast-growing company.

This position is a strategic and critical hire for Yoga Movement as its immediate plans are to grow through both vertical channels and by means of licensed partners in new markets.

Financial Management & Reporting:
The Finance will be responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of group financial systems and controls. They will need to manage finance relationships and serve as both a player and coach to the team.

Although an established business, the FAM will provide financial oversight and mentoring for founders and business leaders at YM. They will be in charge of developing, in close coordination with P&L leaders, annual operating forecasts and project budgeting.

Support the achievement of YM's
_strategic objectives _by contributing to the development and implementation of the Finance department's service delivery plan.

Monthly preparation and presentation of financials to the Co-Founders
Budget v Actual analysis
Unit Level reporting
Departmental reporting
Filling ECI and Tax submissions

Ensure that YM meets its
_financial statutory accounting obligations _through the accurate and timely recording of all financial information as per accounting standards and fulfilling all statutory and regulatory reporting obligations to internal and external stakeholders.

Monthly internal stakeholder reporting
External statutory regulatory & stakeholder reporting (GST, IRAS, ACRA & MOM)
Updating and management of relevant Policies & Procedures
Statutory Year End reporting

Monitor YM's financial goals by supporting the
_budgeting and forecasting _process, ensuring best practice AP/AR processes are in place and providing verification and control of cash flow and expenditure.

Work closely with General Manager in preparation of business plan and operational budget.
Accounts Payable Turnover
Days in accounts receivables
Cash Flow Management
Accurate payroll management
Timely studio rental payments
Segmentation reporting

Ensure that YM meets the businesses
_human resources obligations _by managing payroll and related legal and financial obligations.

Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently,
Compiling summaries and reporting on Income, CPF and payroll tax.
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Management of HR and related policies

Support YM's
_growth strategy _by providing accurate and timely management reporting and information for tenders and proposals and preparing financial models and analysis that facilitates decision making.

Financial modelling for concepts and markets
Cash management across the group entities including licensing fees and loyalties,
Monitor merchandise revenue and F&B will be a factor also.
Should YM be required, audit appointment and management will fall under the role.

Operations & Admin:

With a team of Front of house staff, Area Managers, and Business Ops Manager, the FAM is required to ensure business operations are running smoothly and without error.

This will not be an active daily requirement, but more one based in control, support, and structure.

The Finance Manager will assist in the management of business workflow and output.

The FAM will also assist with the reporting on deliverables for the Ops team in relation to incentives and milestones set.

Experience Required:

Degree in Accountancy or related field
ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualifications
At least three years of working experience in an accounting firm or inhouse finance role, with operational finance experience strongly preferred
Regional and multicountry experience
Prior experience managing finances for multiple corporate entities
Demonstrated record of successfully leading a high performing team (internal or outsourced)
Accountable and adopts a 'businessowner' work mentality
Has excellent communication skills and can engage with a diversity of people
