Job Responsibilities- Assist in daytoday administrative and operational duties
- Data entry of relevant information into the database
- Ensure efficient management of documents; printing, scanning, filing, and despatch.
- Assist in scheduling and setting appointments
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
Salary:
$2, $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
