Assistant Manager/Manager, Risk Management
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week

**1. Responsibilities
Risk Management
- Prepare a monthly Risk Management Committee report and chair of the meeting to provide a clear view of risk profile in the business/Branch to Senior Management
- Oversee an asset and liability structure of the Branch and perform profit & loss attribution analysis to report to Senior Management
- Check and compute exposure by country/industry according to limit set by P&P
- Monitor various limits in the Branch on a daytoday basis and ensure actions taken to mitigate or eliminate the added risks, if necessary
- Prepare monthly exposure reports (by country/single customer/group/industry)
- Monitor and report all policy exceptions to RMC
- Review monthend valuations of securities portfolio and quarterly credit review for securities
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and promote relevant areas of businesses to establish remediation plans to rectify issues raised
- Review and ensure that the Branch's risk management policy and procedure are up to date and are in line with regulatory requirements
- Implement Risk Management policy & procedure and monitor its execution within the organization
Head Office Reporting
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly reports in accordance with IFRS and report to Head Office
- Prepare a business report package of Financial Supervisory Service for submission to Head Office on a quarterly basis
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or ACCA qualification
- At least 3 years' relevant work experience in a financial institution or Big 4 accounting firm
- Strong MS Excel skills and analytical skills
- Understanding of FRS regulations,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to gather information from various departments to generate reports
- Team player who can work independently, is meticulous and selfdriven
- Good understanding of MAS risk management guidelines and regulations
