    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • To provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner
    • To carry out sourcing and purchasing duties
    • To prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports
    • To coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes
    • To assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases
    • To assist in asset counting, tagging and write off
    • To assist in the dealings and correspondences with tenants, vendors and shoppers
    • To perform general administrative and clerical duties

    Period:

    • 2 years contract

    Location:

    • Bishan

    Working Hours:

    • Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

    Salary:

    • Up to $3400

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
    • Preferably with 2 or 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
    • Good communications and interpersonal skills
    • Good command in spoken and written
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required
    • Systematic, organized and meticulous
