The opportunity:

Sephora Asia is looking to hire a PMO Manager to drive strategic initiatives and support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals.

In this role you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team of Sephora, both globally and regionally.

You will be able to learn about all aspects of the business whilst being a crucial contributor to a range of projects.

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, you will be responsible for a range of activities including analysis of initiatives in strategic change, business development and market entry.

You will be based in Singapore and travel across the region as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis

Identify strategic & development opportunities with executive teams that will support business & organizational needs of the Asia region
Engage with business or functional leaders to conduct root cause analysis on business challenges and drive solutions

Project Management

Drive change through translating strategic opportunities into projects & initiatives & facilitating prioritization
Lead & drive strategic projects working with global, regional or market teams
Act as a Project Manager for crossbusiness unit initiatives
Work with consultants, from scoping, contract process, monitoring project progress & ensure delivery of results

Internal Consultancy

Drive executive discussions and decision making through developing high quality executive presentations
Act as a consultant by providing strategic advice and recommendations to key business leaders
Supervise adhoc research projects or feasibility studies that do not clearly fall within an existing business unit

We would love to hear from you if

You have over 8 years of relevant experience; exposure in consulting / investment banking / strategy roles is an advantage; Retail / ecommerce / consumer product experience will be preferred
You have advanced proficiency in analytics tools; such as Microsoft Excel modelling techniques or equivalent
You have pan Asian work experience and demonstrated experience of working in a diverse and international environment; dealing with organizational complexity in a fast pace
You enjoy working with others, getting involved with wide range of projects, critical thinking and cracking unconventional business challenges
You have proven yourself in strategic planning & project delivery
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and have a cando mindset
You have excellent command of written & spoken English; in addition, you are proficient in Chinese (Putonghua) and/or another Asian language to work with Asia Pacific stakeholders
