Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a global team of DevOps Engineers, offering advanced proficiency in contemporary cloud architectures.
  • Provide Level 2 / 3 Support for frontline service management teams, emphasizing permanent resolutions to prevent recurring incidents.
  • Develop and implement Technology Systems adhering to the Azure Well Architected Framework, incorporating all nonfunctional requirements into the solution.
  • Automate cloud deployments using declarative ascode solutions.
  • Ensure the quality of Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code within the DevOps Team.
  • Collaborate with Information Security to safeguard systems and code against security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure that all Technology systems possess comprehensive and integrated Observability capabilities.
  • Identify and propel Service Improvement initiatives within Technology, striving to enhance service for customers and colleagues.
  • Work closely with System Architects, Product Managers, and Technology Leads to facilitate business and technology delivery through our agilebased approach.
