AGILE G1000 is a tailored graduate trainee program over a period of 18 months, targeting graduates and young professionals to be developed as the next generation of leaders in Logistics 4.0.

As a graduate trainee, you will gain both operational and functional experience in a project-oriented role with exposure to various functions in the business, aligned to your personal development path.

IT - As an IT AGILE, you plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within the organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and manage overall project delivery of IT products and services throughout the region. You will manage project resources and budgets to exceed the expectations of all projects

Marketing - As a Marketing AGILE, you will develop and lead direct complex marketing campaigns from brief to execution. You will need to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and influence their understanding of the role marketing can play in achieving success through the development of effective campaign plans, supported with clear and measurable objectives

Human Resource - As a Human Resource AGILE, you will be part of our People strategy, working to make our company a Great Place to Work For All. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the engagement of our people, work on our HR analytics and communicate with the business to drive our company strategy

Operations - As an Operations AGILE, you will be part of our world class operations that drives continuous improvement towards job standardization and deliver warehousing solutions. You will liaise with various business stakeholders across all levels on resource tracking, performance management, time and data management to deliver key objectives and KPIs

Solution Design - As a Solution Design AGILE, you are responsible for designing and implementing warehousing and transport solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with teams across the organization to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions

Service Logistics - As a Service Logistics AGILE, you will work on various exciting initiatives such as the ongoing APAC One Transport Program and support the roll out of Pro-Active Delivery Management program and that is happening across APAC SL network. You will also enable the value creation and articulation of various agenda such as our Transport go green

Requirements:

WHAT IT TAKES FOR YOU TO BE PART OF AGILE G1000

Degree holder from a reputable University coupled with good academic track records from any discipline

years of working experience

Passionate selflearner with strong communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English
