The Role

Your Responsibilities will include:

Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
Proficient in implementing GMI PTF, CSB, CDB etc.
Manage client / operational impacting incidents including business impact assessment, technical resolution, engagement, and communications
Resolve a variety of highimpact problems/projects through indepth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
Provide indepth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting teams and business partners to identify process improvement opportunities
Support UAT and help users with daytoday issues and inquiries.
Managing increasing complexity in the current strict regulatory environment.
Drive continuous improvement of services and processes in order to increase platform stability and realize operational efficiencies
Collaborate with technology and business partners to continuously identify proactive monitoring and health check opportunities
Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation (knowledge management)
Assure Operations Run Book and other knowledge management documents are up to date
Drive the implementation and adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes
Contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of monitoring tools use

Ideal Profile

Skills Required:

Dealt with FIS CSB/CDB and annual releases.
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proficient in writing SQL queries
Knowledge of Future and Option industry
Possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving, documentation, communication skills
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
