Description
Roles & Responsibilities- Manage the daytoday sales operation including but not limited to preparation of sales quotation, purchase order, order confirmation, invoice, coordination of shipping, etc.
- Process of sales orders.
- To liaise and coordinate with the factory and the customer for prompt delivery.
- To provide good support and customer service to existing customers, effectively communicating with customers in friendly manner and resolving any issues that arise professionally.
- General sales administrative duties.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Possess good working attitude and have strong sense of responsibility
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Mature, independent and willing to work under limited supervision
- Must be positive and have initiative to solve problems
