Responsibilities:


  • Actively participate in Mold design review meeting illustrate mold functions
  • To design and draft with plastic injection molds according to customer requirements
  • Develop 2D/3D high precision plastic injection tooling, parts and mold design
  • Work closely with Program/Tooling/Quality department on design requirement
  • Analyze data and create new product designs that meet to clients' needs
  • Ensure the quality output of designed molds
  • Assist production to draw/modify parts drawing.
  • Liaise with Tool Room team for the new mold fabrication.
  • Liaise with customers, internal & external parties on engineering Ensure timely commencement and completion of all design tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/NTC in Product/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on 3D software (UG), difference type of mold & design.
  • Good plastics processing knowledge and mechanical action of injection tooling.
  • Knowledge of mold flow.
  • Required mold processing knowledge and mechanical actions of injection mold tooling.
  • Good knowledge in plastic injection molds functions
  • Team player with good & positive working attitude.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.
