Description
1) To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient and professional quality service to resolve problems and to delight customers.
2) Be available to take calls.
3) Polite and professional service.
5) Accurate assessment/ resolution of problems. 6) Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
7) Regular updates for follow up actions & problem status.
8) Escalation of problems to second level as per work instructions.
9) Work to improve processes where applicable. 10) Work with Team Lead to feedback and / or improve processes


Salary:
$2, $2,800.00 per month
