Service Coordinator - Singapore - ACCEO PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Giving assistance to the administration department.
- Respond to daily estimates, quotations and queries from clients.
- Manage sales requests by confirming delivery dates and stock availability.
- Drafting purchase orders, delivery orders, and sales orders.
- Updating and filing the maintenance database and documentation.
- In charge of the maintenance helpline and guaranteeing all concerns and complaints are handled quickly.
- Organizing team maintenance routines.
- Coordinating servicing needs with clients and the maintenance team.
- Support the creation of contracts and quotes for clients' maintenance services.
- In charge of distributing survey forms and gathering data.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate or NiTEC in Engineering or its equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- A junior executive with expertise in administrative support or clerical work would be ideal.
