Description

Responsibilities:


  • Giving assistance to the administration department.
  • Respond to daily estimates, quotations and queries from clients.
  • Manage sales requests by confirming delivery dates and stock availability.
  • Drafting purchase orders, delivery orders, and sales orders.
  • Updating and filing the maintenance database and documentation.
  • In charge of the maintenance helpline and guaranteeing all concerns and complaints are handled quickly.
  • Organizing team maintenance routines.
  • Coordinating servicing needs with clients and the maintenance team.
  • Support the creation of contracts and quotes for clients' maintenance services.
  • In charge of distributing survey forms and gathering data.

Requirements:


  • Professional Certificate or NiTEC in Engineering or its equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • A junior executive with expertise in administrative support or clerical work would be ideal.
