Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrating HQ and Regional training programs catering to employees across Singapore and Asia Pacific offices, ensuring a comprehensive review of materials and thoughtful selection of participants.
- Efficiently managing both inperson and online training initiatives, from scheduling to logistics, invoicing, and budget oversight.
- Collaborating closely with HQ, team members, and stakeholders to conduct thorough evaluations, gathering feedback to tailor training interventions to meet employee needs and bridge skill gaps.
- Overseeing training records, including certifications, academic sponsorships, and maintenance of internal learning systems, while providing system administration and support.
- Designing and managing a dynamic Sharepoint Online site, serving as a central hub for training resources, course calendars, policies, and references.
- Contributing to adhoc improvement projects and offering comprehensive training support.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree (in any field, preferably Human Resource Management).
- Demonstrated minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Resourceful and collaborative team player.
- Exemplary organization and timemanagement skills.
- Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
- Proficiency in human resource digital software systems is highly desirable.
- Strong business management skills are advantageous.
- Proactive approach towards driving process productivity.
- Preferred proficiency in project management capabilities.
