Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating HQ and Regional training programs catering to employees across Singapore and Asia Pacific offices, ensuring a comprehensive review of materials and thoughtful selection of participants.
  • Efficiently managing both inperson and online training initiatives, from scheduling to logistics, invoicing, and budget oversight.
  • Collaborating closely with HQ, team members, and stakeholders to conduct thorough evaluations, gathering feedback to tailor training interventions to meet employee needs and bridge skill gaps.
  • Overseeing training records, including certifications, academic sponsorships, and maintenance of internal learning systems, while providing system administration and support.
  • Designing and managing a dynamic Sharepoint Online site, serving as a central hub for training resources, course calendars, policies, and references.
  • Contributing to adhoc improvement projects and offering comprehensive training support.

Requirements:


  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree (in any field, preferably Human Resource Management).
  • Demonstrated minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Resourceful and collaborative team player.
  • Exemplary organization and timemanagement skills.
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
  • Proficiency in human resource digital software systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong business management skills are advantageous.
  • Proactive approach towards driving process productivity.
  • Preferred proficiency in project management capabilities.
